2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
2 teaspoons salt, divided
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch disks
1 teaspoon brown sugar, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon zest
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ cup honey
1 egg
1 cup grated raw sweet potato
