Tips for Perfectly Grilled Corn:

  • Choose Fresh Corn: Select ears with bright green husks and tightly packed kernels. Avoid corn with brown or dried husks.
  • Prepare the Corn: Peel back the husks, remove any silk, and rinse the corn under cold water. Alternatively, leave the husks on for added flavor and moisture during grilling.
  • Season Generously: Brush the corn with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any desired spices or herbs. You can also add grated Parmesan cheese or crumbled bacon for extra flavor.
  • Grill the Corn: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn on the grill grates and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for Doneness: The corn is done when the kernels are tender and slightly charred. You can also insert a toothpick into the center of the corn; if it comes out clean, the corn is ready.
