CINNAMON CHOCOLATE CHIP ROLLS
I started adding chocolate chips to my cinnamon rolls because several children didn't like the raisins in them. The chocolate and cinnamon are a fun flavor combination. My family loves them, and so does my Sunday school class. -Patty Wynn, Pardeevlle, Wisconsin

Tips:
- Use good quality chocolate chips: The better the chocolate chips, the better your cinnamon rolls will taste. Look for chocolate chips that are made with high-quality cocoa butter and have a rich, chocolatey flavor.
- Don't overproof the dough: Overproofing can cause the cinnamon rolls to be dense and gummy. Proof the dough until it is just doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll the dough out evenly: To ensure that the cinnamon rolls are evenly cooked, roll the dough out to an even thickness. This will help them bake evenly.
- Don't skimp on the cinnamon sugar: The cinnamon sugar is what gives these cinnamon rolls their signature flavor. Be generous with the cinnamon sugar when you're rolling up the dough.
- Bake the cinnamon rolls until they are golden brown: Baking the cinnamon rolls until they are golden brown will help them develop a delicious crust and a gooey center.
Conclusion:
These sweet and spicy chocolate chip cinnamon rolls are the perfect treat for any occasion. They're easy to make and they're always a hit with family and friends. So next time you're looking for a delicious and decadent treat, give these cinnamon rolls a try. You won't be disappointed!
