4 slices ham
dry dill weed
3 large potatoes or 8 small potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced potatoes

4 eggs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
pepper
1 -2 dash nutmeg

Tips:

  • Keep it simple: This salad is all about fresh, simple ingredients. Don't overcomplicate it with too many add-ins or dressings.
  • Use high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your salad. Use fresh, new potatoes, crisp celery, and sweet peas.
  • Cook the potatoes perfectly: The potatoes should be cooked until they are tender but still hold their shape. If you overcook them, they will become mushy and the salad will be less appealing.
  • Don't overdress the salad: A little bit of dressing goes a long way. If you add too much, the salad will become soggy and lose its freshness.
  • Serve the salad chilled: This salad is best served chilled, so make it ahead of time or chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Swedish Potato, Ham, and Pea Salad is a classic summer salad that is refreshing, delicious, and easy to make. It is perfect for potlucks, picnics, or any other casual gathering.
