1 tsp. cinnamon

1/3 cup chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
¾ cup unsalted butter (1 stick and ½)
1 large egg lightly beaten

Steps:

Mix 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. sugar and sprinkle over apples. Set aside. 4. In a medium saucepan melt ¾ cup butter (1 stick and ½) - make sure it is really hot!!! 5. Add this to flour and sugar mixture with lightly beaten egg - all at once. 6. Mix it well and pour/place over the apples.
