Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 7

2-10 oz cans of sweet white corn
1-14.5 oz can of black beans
1/2 red onion
1 red pepper chopped
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
salt to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together in large bowl.
  • 2. Pour into a nice container if serving to company.

Tips:

  • Choose the ripest, freshest tomatoes you can find. This will give your salsa the best flavor.
  • If you like your salsa spicy, use a hotter variety of pepper. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
  • Be sure to dice the tomatoes and onions finely so that they distribute evenly throughout the salsa.
  • Don't overmix the salsa, or it will become watery. Just stir it gently until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the salsa chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors can meld together.
  • Serve the salsa with tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or your favorite Mexican dish.
