SUPER SLOW SLOPPY JOES
This sloppy Joe recipe has a little kick to it. We loved it the way it is posted but you might want to cut back on the spices if you don't like food with a kick to it. I purchased a Women's Day Magazine entitled Slow Cooking and I have been posted several recipes from this magazine. I have to say not one of the recipes didn't get a FANTASTIC! rating.

Tips:
- Use a mix of ground beef and pork: This will give your sloppy joes a richer flavor and help to keep them moist.
- Don't overcook the meat: Overcooked meat will be tough and dry. Cook it just until it is no longer pink in the center.
- Use a good quality BBQ sauce: The BBQ sauce is the key ingredient in sloppy joes, so make sure you use one that you really like. Look for a sauce that is thick and flavorful.
- Add some extras: Feel free to add other ingredients to your sloppy joes, such as chopped onions, peppers, or celery. You can also add a bit of spice with some cayenne pepper or chili powder.
- Serve on a toasted bun: Toasted buns will help to hold up to the sloppy joes and prevent them from getting soggy.
Conclusion:
Super slow sloppy joes are a delicious and easy meal that is perfect for a crowd. They are also a great way to use up leftover ground beef or pork. With a few simple ingredients and a little time, you can make a pot of sloppy joes that everyone will love.
