This is a recipe I adapted from the internet. For buttermilk add 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice to a 1 cup measuring cup and add milk to the 1 cup mark, stir and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure you grease and flour the bundt pan well or it will stick.

Tips:

  • Use room temperature ingredients. This will help the cake batter mix together more smoothly and evenly.
  • Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense cake.
  • Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached. Overbaking can dry out the cake.
  • Let the cake cool completely before frosting. This will help the frosting set properly.
  • Store the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Conclusion:

This super moist chocolate bundt cake is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It is easy to make, delicious, and can be customized to your liking.
