This recipe is soo good, especially if you are a garlic lover. I crave this, I do! Sometimes I will throw in some freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mmmm. From Cooks Illustrated.

3 -4 quarts popped popcorn
3 -4 tablespoons melted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Add minced garlic cloves to the butter that has been melted in a skillet(I cheat and do this in the microwave),.
  • Saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss with hot popcorn.
