Tips:
- Prep before you start: Make sure all your ingredients are measured and ready to go before you start baking. This will help you stay organized and ensure that your cookies turn out perfectly.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients you use, the better your cookies will taste. Look for fresh cranberries, pure vanilla extract, and unsalted butter for the best results.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make your cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined, then stop.
- Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough helps the cookies hold their shape and prevents them from spreading too much in the oven.
- Bake the cookies until the edges are just starting to brown: Overbaking the cookies will make them dry and crumbly. Keep an eye on them in the oven and take them out as soon as the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving: The cookies will continue to cook as they cool, so it's important to let them cool completely before serving. This will help them set and develop their full flavor.
Conclusion:
These super easy cranberry sugar cookies are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and they come together in just a few minutes. Whether you're baking them for a holiday party or just for a snack, these cookies are sure to be a hit.
