  • Mise en place: Before you start baking, make sure you have all the ingredients and tools you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Follow the recipe carefully: Sunshine bread is a relatively simple recipe, but it's important to follow the instructions carefully. Don't skip any steps or substitute ingredients unless you know what you're doing.
  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your sunshine bread will taste. If possible, use organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread at the right temperature: The ideal baking temperature for sunshine bread is 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you bake it at a higher temperature, the bread will brown too quickly and the inside will be undercooked.
