3 tablespoon(s) melted butter
1 cup(s) buttermilk
1 large peach, peeled and pitted

Tips:

  • For a crispier pancake, reduce the amount of milk in the batter and cook over medium heat.
  • If you want a fluffier pancake, add more baking powder to the batter.
  • To make evenly browned pancakes, make sure the griddle is hot before adding the batter.
  • Don't overcrowd the griddle with pancakes. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
  • Serve pancakes immediately with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, or fruit.
