  • Prep your ingredients beforehand: Before you start cooking, make sure all your ingredients are prepped and measured. This will help you save time and ensure that your breakfast is cooked evenly.
  • Cook your sausage properly: The key to a great breakfast sausage is to cook it thoroughly. Cook the sausage over medium heat until it is no longer pink in the center. This will ensure that the sausage is safe to eat and has a delicious flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking your sausage, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the sausage from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Use fresh ingredients: When making sausage gravy, it is important to use fresh ingredients. This will help to ensure that your gravy has a delicious flavor and a smooth texture.
  • Season your food to taste: Don't be afraid to season your food to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to your sausage and gravy until it reaches the desired flavor.
