2 oz Tomato Paste
3 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
1/2 White Onion (Diced)
10 Basil Leaves
5 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Chili Oil
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Fresh Rosemary
3 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt (To Taste)
Ground Black Pepper (To Taste)
Italian Seasoning (To Taste)

Steps:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/3 cups sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened and divided
1/3 cup tomato paste
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 cups firmly packed fresh basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
vegetable oil cooking spray
fresh rosemary sprig
sun-dried tomato
crackers or baguette, slices

Steps:

  • Beat 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Set aside.
