1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
¼ cup cold water
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
¼ cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
¼ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 cup toasted pecans
12 lettuce leaves

1-1/2 cups halved seedless red grapes
1 cup sliced peeled apple
1 cup diced honeydew melon
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-1/2 cups sliced ripe bananas

Steps:

PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE DRESSING
1/3 cup(s) sugar
4 teaspoon(s) corn starch
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) pineapple juice
1/4 cup(s) orange juice
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 - eggs, lightly beaten
2 package(s) cream cheese, softened (3 oz. each)
FRUIT SALAD
2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cup(s) pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 cup(s) seedless green or red grapes, halved
1 1/2 cup(s) peaches or nectarines, diced
1 cup(s) fresh blueberries or raspberries
1/4 cup(s) sugar
- leaf lettuce, optional
