1 lemon, juiced

1 oz cucumber mint infusioned vodka
1 oz malibu rum
2 oz freshly made lemonade
1 oz strawberry puree
fresh mint leaves
1-2 sliced strawberries
sprite
crushed ice
QUICK AND EASY VERSION
3 oz premade strawberry lemon replacing the strawberry purée and lemonade .. and add sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare Cucumber Mint Vodka a few days ahead of time. Pour Vodka in a sealed jar put several slices of cucumber and several mint leaves and let sit in the fridge for a few days.
  • 2. Prepare Lemonade. Either make your favorite fresh Lemonade or a mix . Just make sure It is sweet and tart.
  • 3. Prepare Strawberry Puree. Slice 12-15 strawberries and a few tablespoons of sugar and blend well in a blender.
  • 4. Now gather the rest of your ingredients and you are set to go. This will make several beverages.
  • 5. Start by muddling a few mint leaves in a glass. If you don't have the tool to muddle you can break the leaves up with a fork
  • 6. Pour one shot glass, or 1 oz, of Cucumber Mint vodka , Malibu Rum, and strawberry Puree.
  • 7. Then 2 shots of Lemonade and add 1-2 sliced strawberries. The mixture will only fill about half the glass
  • 8. Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice
  • 9. Add Sprite to finish filling the glass and stir well.
  • 10. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge and sprig of mint
