- 1. For Snow cones: Set your machine to snow cone. Put in ice and make as much as you desire. Scoop into snow cone paper cups or any kind of cup or glass. Pour desired amount of syrup over snow cone. Serve.
- 2. Slushies: Set Machine to "slushie" setting. Put in ice cubes. Turn machine on... Fill glass with the prepared ice and pour in some syrup to taste. Stir until is is slushie. Serve.
- 3. *** You can buy syrups that are not sugar free too. Also, you can add "adult" ingredients.... *** Iced coffee's and tea's work well with this too.
NATURAL SNOW CONE SYRUP
Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, stir together the sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the lemon juice. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Prepare cones or bowls of shaved ice and pour about 1/4 cup of the syrup on top of each.
