SUGAR-FREE SPICED TEA (RUSSIAN) TEA
Yes, there are a couple of recipes here at Zaar for this wonderful mix, but I didn't see any with specifics and I think one used sugar-free Tang, which I cannot find anywhere. So, I gave up. One day, I came across this and EUREKA! I had to post because you CAN find all the ingredients at Walmart Super Centers, and most any market that sells Crystal Light. Isn't that WONDERFUL?? SO...diabetics rejoice and enjoy the holidays!

Tips:
- To make the perfect cup of Russian tea, start with high-quality black tea leaves. Look for teas that are full-bodied and have a rich flavor.
- Use filtered or spring water for the best results. Tap water can contain impurities that can alter the taste of the tea.
- Bring the water to a full boil, then remove it from the heat and let it cool for a minute or two before pouring it over the tea leaves. This will help prevent the tea from becoming bitter.
- Use a teapot made of porcelain, glass, or stainless steel. Avoid using a metal teapot, as it can react with the tea and alter its flavor.
- Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. The longer you steep the tea, the stronger it will be.
- Strain the tea into a cup and add your desired sweetener, such as sugar, honey, or stevia. You can also add milk or cream, if desired.
- Serve the tea hot and enjoy!
Conclusion:
Russian tea is a delicious and refreshing beverage that can be enjoyed any time of day. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you prefer it strong or weak, sweet or unsweetened, with milk or without, Russian tea is sure to please everyone.
