Time 10m

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 ripe or frozen peaches
1 tablespoon sugar
1 bottle prosecco or champagne, chilled

Steps:

  • If using fresh peaches, remove the pit from all 3 peaches. Dice 2 of the peaches and add to the bowl of a food processor. Add the sugar and puree until smooth, then press through a fine mesh sieve. Chill until ready to use.
  • Thinly slice the remaining peach.
  • Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of peach puree into each of 4 champagne flutes. Top the glasses with prosecco and drop in a peach slice before serving.

Tips:

  • To make the perfect sugar-free peach bellini, start with ripe, juicy peaches. You can use fresh or frozen peaches, but if using frozen, be sure to thaw them completely before using.
  • Use a good quality sparkling wine. A dry or brut sparkling wine will work best, as it will provide a nice balance to the sweetness of the peaches.
  • If you don't have peach nectar, you can make your own by pureeing fresh peaches in a blender or food processor. You can also use a store-bought unsweetened peach puree.
  • Sweeten the bellinis to taste with your favorite sugar-free sweetener. We recommend using a liquid stevia or monk fruit extract, as these sweeteners will not alter the flavor of the bellinis.
  • Garnish the bellinis with a fresh peach slice or sprig of mint for a festive touch.

Conclusion:

Sugar-free peach bellinis are a delicious and refreshing cocktail that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you are hosting a party or just looking for a special treat, sugar-free peach bellinis are sure to please.
