Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: Choose ripe bananas with a yellow peel and no bruises. Overripe bananas can also be used for a stronger flavor and sweeter cookies.
  • Mash the bananas well: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the bananas until they are smooth and creamy. This will ensure that they blend well with the other ingredients and create a uniform cookie dough.
  • Use a sugar-free sweetener: If you're looking for a lower-sugar option, use a sugar-free sweetener like stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit. These sweeteners are natural and have zero calories.
  • Use almond or cashew butter: Almond and cashew butter are great alternatives to peanut butter. They provide a rich, nutty flavor and are a good source of healthy fats.
  • Add chocolate chips or nuts: For an extra boost of flavor, add chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruit to your cookie dough. This will make your cookies even more delicious and satisfying.

Conclusion:

These sugar-free, low-fat oatmeal cookies are a healthy and delicious treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
