1 cup cold skim milk
4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (Trader vic's suggested, Not Pumpkin Pie Mix)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
fat-free cool whip

Steps:

  • Measure milk (package calls for 2 cups but only use 1 cup). Add protein powder to the milk. Mix throughly.
