BAKED OATMEAL - SUGAR FREE

Baked Oatmeal - Sugar Free image

Ann Shaffer says "I haven't tried freezing it but it is great cold right out of the fridge". I found this recipe at Obesity Help. The recipe was posted by Ann Shaffer. My future hubby and I enjoyed this oatmeal. When I made this recipe I used the frozen cherries. I also added a scoop of protein powder to bump up my protein.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas for a sweeter flavor and a moist texture.
  • If you don't have ripe bananas, you can microwave them for a few seconds to soften them up.
  • Use a variety of toppings to add flavor and texture, such as nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or fresh fruit.
  • You can also add a scoop of protein powder or a tablespoon of peanut butter to the batter for a boost of protein.
