3/4 cup water
1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn (about 8 cups)

1/4 cup Catalina salad dressing

Steps:

1 large head of iceberg lettuce, ripped into bite sized pieces (can sub Romaine)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1.5 pounds lean ground beef, browned and drained
1-2 large tomatoes, diced
1 can (15 ounce) dark red kidney beans, drained
1/2 of 1 (12 ounce) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos , crushed
1/2-3/4 cup Wishbone Italian Dressing

Steps:

1 head lettuce, cut up
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 (18 ounce) bottle fat-free thousand island salad dressing (or Catalina, if you prefer)
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained (can be omitted)
4 cups nacho cheese flavor Doritos, broken up
