TO DIE FOR BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
These muffins are extra large and yummy with the sugary-cinnamon crumb topping. I usually double the recipe and fill the muffin cups just to the top edge for a wonderful extra-generously-sized deli style muffin. Add extra blueberries too, if you want!

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
- Fill the muffin cups only 2/3 full: This will help prevent the muffins from overflowing.
- Bake the muffins at a high temperature: This will help them rise quickly and evenly.
- Let the muffins cool completely before frosting them: This will help prevent the frosting from melting.
