1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 hamburger buns, toasted
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
1 avocado, cut into 8 slices

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat and seasoning mix; shape into 8 thin patties. Mix cream cheese spread and cheddar; spoon about 2 Tbsp. onto center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160°F).

1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco bell home originals taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese, spread
1/3 cup kraft shredded cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns, split, lightly toasted
1/2 cup Taco Bell Home Originals thick 'n chunky salsa, medium
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 8 slices

Steps:

  • PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix meat and seasoning mix. Shape into eight thin patties. Mix cream cheese spread and shredded cheese. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto center of each of four of the patties; top with second patty. Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
  • GRILL 7 to 9 minute on each side or until cooked through

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes with garlic and herbs, drained
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1/4 cup taco sauce
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
2 lbs lean ground beef (Can be substituted with any kind of lean ground meat)
3 dashes hot sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 -8 lettuce leaves
6 -8 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
6 -8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
