BEEF STROGANOFF SANDWICHES
I ran across this wonderful recipe several years ago in a Taste of Home magazine (I think). I made a few changes to suit our taste and my family and friends love them. I have served them many times to many people and they always ask for the recipe. I usually serve a tossed salad as a side. Leftovers heat up well in the big oven...

- 3. Spoon good amount (use your own judgement) onto the Texas toast. Sprinkle cheese (again, use your own judgement) over beef mixture.
- 4. Bake @ 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bread edges begin to lightly brown.
- 5. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top. You can also sprinkle diced tomatoes &/or bell peppers on top. Sauted mushrooms would also be good.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use a combination of ground beef and ground pork.
