8 ounces Cool Whip Lite
12 ounces strawberry yogurt (I use Fat free)

Steps:

  • Thaw Cool Whip , let cream cheese soften.
  • Mix all three ingredients together and chill .
  • Serve with your favorite fruit. ( Great with strawberries, grapes, bananas, even cantalope ,or honeydew.! ).
