EASY STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD WITH COOL WHIP
Steps:
- Boil one cup water on stove top, and mix into bowl with jello powder in mixing bowl. Add in one cup cold water and stir. Chill jello, preferably in a shallow pan, for about 45 minutes or until it is completely cool, just starting to set. Pour the jello into a large mixing bowl. Mix the jello up vigorously, for about one minute. Using an electric mixer is great for this step. But watch out it splashes. This breaks up any jello bits that have started to set, and adds air to the mix. Then fold in the Cool Whip and then strawberries. Mix completely, but be gentle and don't deflate the mix by stirring too aggressively. If you want to add in mini marshmallows, do it now. Add them in about 1/2 cup at a time to make sure you don't overdo it. Transfer to a 9×13 pan for serving, or into individual dishes if you prefer. You can top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries if you prefer. If you want to dress up this dish, spread a spoonful of strawberry jam in the bottom of a glass dessert dish or shallow glass. Then add the salad mix. After the dish has chilled, dollop with some fresh whipped cream and a slice of strawberry.

- 2. Note: keep leftover cake refrigerated Suggestion: You can use any flavor jello ... if making a layer cake, you can use a different flavor jello for each layer.

Tips:
- Choose ripe, sweet strawberries: The quality of your strawberries will greatly impact the flavor of your whip. Look for berries that are a deep red color and have a sweet aroma.
- Chill your ingredients: Chilling the strawberries, cream, and sugar before whipping will help the whip hold its shape better and create a lighter, fluffier texture.
- Use a metal bowl and whisk: A metal bowl and whisk will help to incorporate air into the whip more easily, resulting in a lighter and fluffier texture.
- Whip the cream gradually: Start by whipping the cream on low speed and gradually increase the speed as the cream begins to thicken. This will help to prevent the cream from over-whipping and becoming grainy.
- Add the sugar and strawberry puree slowly: Once the cream has reached soft peaks, add the sugar and strawberry puree gradually while continuing to whip. This will help to prevent the whip from becoming too sweet or too thin.
- Serve the whip immediately: Strawberry whip is best served immediately after making, as it will begin to lose its volume and texture over time.
Conclusion:
Strawberry whip is a light, fluffy, and delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and refreshing treat that is sure to please everyone. Whether you serve it on its own, with fruit, or as a topping for other desserts, strawberry whip is a surefire hit. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dessert, give strawberry whip a try. You won't be disappointed!
