1 small head of romaine lettuce
2 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c sliced almonds
1 c sliced strawberries
DRESSING:
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 small clove of garlic, minced finely
1 dash(es) white pepper
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/8 tsp paprika

  • 1. Clean romaine lettuce, chop and pat dry, place in large bowl. Add cheese, almonds and strawberries. Toss gently.
  • 2. Combine all dressing ingredients using a little jar or small bowl and refrigerate. Right before you eat shake or blend completely. Pour over prepared lettuce, etc. using just enough to your liking. Enjoy!
