  • In a big bowl have your Cool Whip waiting to add jello mixture to. Be sure you have the extra 1 C of Cool Whip waiting on the side. Then boil 1/2 C water and add your jello -- mix well with fork -- then add yogurt. Add that mixture to your Cool Whip -- FOLD with spoon or rubber spatula (DO NOT USE BLENDER IT WILL NOT SET UP! LEARNED THAT FROM EXPERIENCE)! After that is mixed well and there is no residue at the bottom add on top of your crust layer.

Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 c boiling water
1 box strawberry jell-o (small box)
2 box tapioca pudding
8 oz cool whip
1 pkg frozen sliced strawberries (thawed and drained)

Steps:

  • 1. Bring to a boil - 3 cups of water.
  • 2. Stir in Strawberry Jell-o, and both small boxes of Tapioca.
  • 3. Cook over medium heat until thick (3-5 minutes).
  • 4. Cool mixture so the heat won't melt down the Cool Whip in the next step.
  • 5. Blend in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
  • 6. Add in Frozen Strawberries and then place in fridge to set up and enjoy!
  • 7. To dress it up a bit, once dessert is set up, place a few sliced strawberries on top with a dollop of Cool Whip!

Tips:

  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture.
  • Chill the strawberries before using to help them hold their shape and prevent them from getting too soft.
  • Use a sharp knife to hull the strawberries to avoid tearing them.
  • If you don't have heavy cream, you can substitute milk or yogurt.
  • If you want a sweeter fluff, add more sugar to taste.
  • Top the fluff with whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh berries for a special touch.
