1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup sliced fresh strawberries, mashed
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup confectioners' sugar
¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

Steps:

  • Combine graham crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with whisk until creamy. Gradually whisk in gelatin until blended. 2 cups milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract, optional
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
GLAZE:
1/2 cup crushed strawberries
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
Whipped cream, optional
