Tips:
- Use fresh strawberries: Fresh strawberries have the best flavor and texture, so try to use them whenever possible. If you can't find fresh strawberries, frozen strawberries can be used as a substitute, but they should be thawed and drained before using.
- Don't overmix the cream cheese filling: Overmixing the cream cheese filling can make it lumpy, so be sure to mix it until just combined.
- Chill the pie before serving: Chilling the pie before serving helps to set the filling and makes it easier to slice.
- Store the pie in the refrigerator: The pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Conclusion:
This Strawberry Cream Cheese Sweetheart Pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The creamy filling is perfectly complemented by the sweet and tangy strawberries, and the graham cracker crust adds a nice crunch. This pie is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it!
