1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
3 cups strawberries, hulled
2 tablespoons butter, diced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:
