4 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
1 package (.3 ounces) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 liters diet lemon-lime soda, chilled
Additional fresh strawberries, optional

Steps:

1 can(s) (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 c sugar
1 pkg (0.14 oz) strawberry flavored unsweetened soft drink mix
2 bottle (32 oz each) ginger ale, chilled

  • 1. in a 2 quart non metal freezer container, stir all ingredients except ginger ale until sugar is dissolved. freeze 4 to 6 hours or until slush consistency.

2-1/2 cups sugar
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) pineapple gelatin
4 cups boiling water
1 can (12 ounces) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup lemon juice
1 envelope (0.23 ounce) unsweetened lemonade Kool-Aid mix
10 cups cold water
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
Lime slices, optional

Steps:

  • In a large container, dissolve sugar and gelatins in boiling water. Stir in the pineapple juice concentrate, lemon juice, drink mix and cold water. If desired, divide among smaller containers.
