1/2 cup canola oil
4 large egg whites

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, gelatin powder, water and oil. 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup finely chopped strawberries
FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup crushed strawberries
4-1/2 to 5 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line the bottoms of 2 greased 8-in. round baking pans with parchment; grease parchment., In a large bowl, combine cake mix, gelatin, sugar and flour. Add water, oil and eggs; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Fold in chopped strawberries. 2 eggs, at room temperature
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter, cooled slightly
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound strawberries, hulled, half sliced and half halved
Honey whipped cream, for serving (see Cook's Note)

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray; line the bottom with parchment paper.
