STRAWBERRY MINI LOAF BREAD

Strawberry Mini Loaf Bread image

This is a really good recipe for strawberry mini loaves, you can also use blueberries in place of strawberries or I have even made this using frozen cranberries, if desired throw in some grated coconut. They bake out very high and they are so moist. I have even sprinkled streusel lightly on top before baking.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Frozen strawberries can also be used, but thaw them completely before using.
  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry before slicing.
  • If you don't have a mini loaf pan, you can use a regular loaf pan. Just increase the baking time by about 10 minutes.
  • Be sure to grease and flour the loaf pan(s) before adding the batter. This will help the loaves to come out of the pan easily.
  • Fill the loaf pan(s) about 2/3 full of batter. The loaves will rise as they bake.
  • Bake the loaves until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This usually takes about 30 minutes for mini loaves and 45 minutes for a regular loaf.
  • Let the loaves cool in the pan for a few minutes before turning them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve the loaves warm or at room temperature. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

These strawberry bread mini loaves are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are moist and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness from the strawberries. The loaves can be served warm or at room temperature, and they are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you have some fresh strawberries, give this recipe a try!
