1/2 c canola, or olive oil
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c red wine or white wine vinegar
1/4 c cider vingar
1 1/2 tsp minced onion
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp paprika
SALAD
1/2 c almonds, slivered - or i used roasted cut in half
1 pkg spinach leaves
1 pt strawberries, sliced
1 c blueberries

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk ingredients until combined thoroughly.
  • 2. In a large serving bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, blueberries and almonds. Toss gently to combine. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to evenly coat. Serve immediately. It's delicious!
