2-1/4 cups club soda, chilled

  • In a shaker, muddle strawberries, basil and sugar. Fill shaker three-fourths full with ice; add lemon juice. Cover and shake 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. 10 cups strawberries, trimmed and halved (4 pounds whole berries)

4 cups white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
