SALSA:
2 medium tart apples, chopped
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 medium kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
1 small orange
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple jelly, melted
CHIPS:
8 flour tortillas (7 or 8 inches)
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine apples, strawberries and kiwi. Grate orange peel to measure 1-1/2 teaspoons; squeeze juice from orange. Add peel and juice to apple mixture. Stir in brown sugar and jelly. , For chips, brush tortillas lightly with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into eight wedges. 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.

1 tablespoon lemon juice

CINNAMON CHIPS:
10 flour tortillas (8 inches)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
