I drink 2-3 of these a day. I have become addicited to these. Real easy to make and it is cheaper then going to a Smoothie Shop. Makes a good breakfast, afternoon snack or bedtime snack. It actually came about because I got tired of the amount I had to pay for smoothie. Hope you all enjoy.
