pepper (to taste)
1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

  • - Remove from heat and season with season with sea salt, pepper, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. I also like to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick.
  • - Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use a Dutch oven or a large pot with a heavy bottom for even heat distribution and to prevent scorching.
  • Brown the beef in batches to avoid overcrowding the pot and ensure a good sear.
  • Use a variety of vegetables for a more flavorful stew. Some good options include carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, and parsnips.
  • Use a good quality beef broth or stock for a rich and flavorful base.
  • Add a bit of red wine or beer for extra depth of flavor.
  • Season the stew well with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices to taste.
  • Simmer the stew for at least 1 hour, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
