6 large boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning powder
1/2 c fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c prepared pesto sauce
1/2 c chopped roasted sweet red peppers
1 c panko bread crumbs
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
2 c cheese sauce of choice

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.

6 chicken breasts (about 2 lbs.)
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package chicken flavor stuffing mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 (284 ml) cans condensed mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Turn on oven to 350°F
  • Pound chicken between plastic wrap to 1/4" thickness.
  • Mix together contents of vegetable/seasoning packet and 1 cup water in a large bowl.

6 slices fully cooked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
