SPAGHETTI SQUASH STIR FRY
Spaghetti Squash has become one of my new favorites.... So many variations to this recipe. I will add carrots, and cauliflower. Asparagus in place of broccoli. I don't actually measure the ingredients, all are estimated.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh vegetables, flavorful sauces, and high-quality noodles will make all the difference in your stir-fry spaghetti.
- Cook your noodles al dente: This means cooking them until they are slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked noodles will become mushy and won't hold up well in the stir-fry.
- Use a large skillet or wok: This will give you plenty of room to toss the noodles and vegetables without overcrowding them.
- Heat your skillet or wok over high heat: This will help to sear the noodles and vegetables and create a nice caramelized flavor.
- Add the ingredients in stages: Start by cooking the noodles, then add the vegetables and sauce. This will help to prevent the noodles from becoming overcooked.
- Stir-fry the noodles and vegetables for only a few minutes: This will help to keep them crisp and tender.
- Add the sauce and toss to coat: Make sure the sauce is evenly distributed over the noodles and vegetables.
- Serve immediately: Stir-fry spaghetti is best served hot and fresh.
Conclusion:
Stir-fry spaghetti is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that can be made with a variety of ingredients. It's a great way to use up leftover vegetables and noodles, and it's also a healthy and affordable option for busy weeknights. With a little planning, you can make a stir-fry spaghetti that's sure to please everyone at the table.
