Tips:

  • Use a large skillet or wok: This will help ensure that the beef and spinach are evenly cooked.
  • Cut the beef against the grain: This will help tenderize the meat and make it more flavorful.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil will help add flavor and moisture to the meat.
  • Cook the beef in batches: If you try to cook all of the beef at once, it will crowd the skillet and prevent it from cooking evenly.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables separately: This will help prevent them from overcooking.
  • Use high heat: Stir-frying is a quick-cooking method, so it's important to use high heat to get a nice sear on the beef and vegetables.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the food will not cook evenly and will become soggy.
  • Add the sauce at the end: This will help prevent the sauce from burning.
  • Serve immediately: Stir-fry is best served immediately, while it is still hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Stir-fry beef with spinach and noodles is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
