Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients in advance: Slicing the snow peas and mushrooms, and mincing the garlic and ginger beforehand will save you time and ensure that everything cooks evenly.
  • Use high-heat: Stir-frying requires high heat to quickly cook the vegetables and create that signature charred flavor. Make sure your wok or skillet is nice and hot before adding the ingredients.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the vegetables will steam instead of stir-fry. Cook the vegetables in batches if necessary.
  • Stir constantly: Stirring the vegetables constantly will prevent them from burning and ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Add sauce at the end: Adding the sauce at the end of the cooking process will help to preserve its flavor and prevent it from burning.

Conclusion:

This stir-fried snow peas and mushrooms recipe is a quick, easy, and delicious way to enjoy these healthy vegetables. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a flavorful and nutritious meal on the table in no time.
