Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken tenders: Look for tenders that are evenly sized and have a good amount of meat on them. Avoid tenders that are too thin or have a lot of fat.
  • Make sure the chicken is cooked through: The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) before you serve it. You can use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When you're cooking the chicken, make sure to leave enough space between each tender so that they can cook evenly. Overcrowding the pan will steam the chicken instead of frying it.
  • Use a good quality sesame oil: Sesame oil is a key ingredient in this recipe, so make sure to use a good quality oil. Look for an oil that is dark in color and has a nutty flavor.
  • Don't overcook the sauce: The sauce for this recipe should be thick and syrupy, but not too thick. If you overcook the sauce, it will become too thick and sticky.

Conclusion:

Sticky Sesame Chicken Tenders are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that are perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the sauce is sweet, savory, and slightly spicy. Serve the chicken tenders with rice or noodles, and enjoy!
