Tips:

  • Use ripe peaches: Ripe peaches are sweeter and have a more intense flavor, which will make the sauce more delicious. You can also use frozen peaches, but be sure to thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When searing the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan or the chicken will steam instead of browning. Cook the chicken in batches if necessary.
  • Use a good quality honey: The honey you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the sauce. Look for a honey that is dark and amber-colored, as this type of honey has a richer flavor.
  • Serve with your favorite sides: Sticky peachy chicken can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, noodles, or roasted vegetables.

Conclusion:

Sticky peachy chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the sauce is sweet and tangy. This dish is sure to be a hit with the whole family.
