LOW FAT STEVIA BANANA BREAD

Low Fat Stevia Banana Bread image

I love banana bread and this is an easy, healthy version that my family really enjoys. One tip - if you're bananas aren't ripe enough for banana bread just pop them in the oven (in the peel) until they darken up. It brings out the sugars and gives them that sweet flavor needed for great banana bread.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your banana bread will be. If you don't have any ripe bananas on hand, you can ripen them quickly by placing them in a paper bag with an apple or pear for a few hours.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your banana bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the banana bread at a moderate temperature: Baking the banana bread at a moderate temperature (350 degrees Fahrenheit) will help to prevent it from drying out.
  • Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing it: This will help to prevent the banana bread from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Stevia whole wheat banana bread is a delicious and healthy snack or breakfast option. It is made with all-natural ingredients and is sweetened with stevia, a natural sweetener that is much healthier than sugar. This banana bread is also a good source of fiber and potassium. If you are looking for a tasty and nutritious treat, this stevia whole wheat banana bread is a great choice.
