Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh, organic eggs, grass-fed beef, and sharp cheddar cheese will make a big difference.
  • Season the steak well with salt and pepper before cooking. This will help to bring out the flavor of the meat.
  • Cook the steak to your desired doneness. For a medium-rare steak, cook it for 4-5 minutes per side. For a medium steak, cook it for 6-7 minutes per side. For a well-done steak, cook it for 8-9 minutes per side.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
  • Use a good quality English muffin or bagel. This will help to hold the sandwich together and provide a sturdy base for the egg, cheese, and steak.
  • Spread a thin layer of butter on the English muffin or bagel. This will help to prevent it from getting soggy.
  • Add your favorite toppings to the sandwich. Some popular choices include avocado, tomato, lettuce, and bacon.
