Tips for Making Starbucks Summer Fruit Cobbler Bars

  • For a gooey filling, be sure to use ripe, juicy fruit. If your fruit is not very sweet, you may need to add some sugar to the filling.
  • Use a variety of fruits to create a flavorful cobbler. Some good options include strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, and apricots.
  • Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing will result in tough, dense bars.
  • Bake the bars until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Let the bars cool completely before serving. This will allow the filling to set and the bars to firm up.
  • Serve the bars with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
